Featuring a “hyper-local” menu on a waterfront patio in a historic site, Bluewater Boathouse Seafood Grill is located over the water in the former Hotel Del Coronado Boathouse that was built in 1887. It’s gorgeous and one of my favorite restaurants on the island!
Back home in Wisconsin during lent, Friday Night Fish Fry’s are extremely popular and the beer-battered fish & chips served at Bluewater Boathouse is a nice approximation.
