Beautiful, Spreckels Park is centrally located in the center of Coronado Island.
It holds a lovely gazebo that comes to life every Sunday in the summer during the awesome Concerts in the Park.
The park also offers a great jungle gym and is frequented regularly by families and large groups.
A host of Coronado community events are held here including the Coronado Flower Show & holiday celebrations for children.

Ditch the car and take advantage of the Coronado Ferry Landing!
First-class shopping and dining awaits offering restaurants for whatever you’re in the mood for and boutique shops for men and women. Or grab some Coronado-necessary gear like resort-style sandals, designer sunglasses and souvenirs to remember your time with us! Everyone loves tchotchkes!
Bring your bike over with you on the ferry or rent one right when you get off. There are also kayaks, surreys and stand up paddleboard rentals to turn your day trip into an adventure.

Golf Carts! It’s definitely a Coronado thing. Tourists and locals love to use this easy mode of transportation to check out the island, run errands and drop in on friends. Rent one for a couple hours, half-day or all day from Coronado Golf Cars.
Or better yet, I’ll rent one and take you on private showings of some awesome homes for sale here on the Island!

Soon, when socially acceptable, groups of friends and families will gather around Coronado’s popular fire rings reveling, telling stories, laughing and enjoying life.
The Coronado Municipal Code Section 48.04.120 allows for fires to be built in a “portable barbecue or other similar device; provided, however, that any such barbecue or device shall not burn grass or landscaping; and provided further, that the coals from said barbecue or device shall be removed from the beach or deposited in an official fire circle.” so you can bring your own but using these is much easier.
First come first serve and the beach closes at 11pm.
Coronado’s beach is the best in the country but stay off it until we get the all-clear!
