Legacy Swim Academy
Our baby girl, Ollie is having a blast at swim lessons from Legacy Swim Academy at the Brian Bent Aquatic Center in Coronado!
At just 1 year old she’s picking up safety techniques and having so much fun doing it.
Highly recommend them!

Coronado Dog Beach (National Golden Retriever Day)
It’s National Golden Retriever Day! I celebrated with Buffy at Coronado’s Dog Beach this morning!
Did you know that Golden Retrievers have webbed toes? That explains why Buffy loves to go diving into the water after her ball.
Their webbed feet help them swim, acting almost like flippers . The “toes” on their paws are connected by thin webs of skin. This helps Goldens move through the water easily and efficiently.

Kayaking from the Coronado Boathouse
We had so much fun kayaking around Glorietta Bay this morning!
What a treat that the City of Coronado has a boathouse facility located right at the south end of Glorietta Bay Park that offers kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and rowing shells for rent. It’s literally like living in a resort when you’re a resident here!
