The Coronado Chamber of Commerce developed a really cool app that connects locals and visitors to all things Coronado!
You can use the inCoronado app to find a directory of Coronado businesses where you can shop, stay, and play.
This is a great resource for daytrippers to find things to do and places to eat and also see what special events are happening. It’s loaded with coupons, announcements and much more!

There’s a new playground at Mathewson Park in Coronado!
The playground renovation includes new accessible play equipment and relocation of the accessible parking spaces nearest the park.
This playground looks awesome! Wish I could play on it but it’s only for ages 2-12 and I also don’t want to be the creepy guy with no kid at the playground.
Spreckels Park, Tidelands Park, Glorietta Bay Park and Coronado Cays Park also have some really cool playgrounds, so no matter where you live on the Island you’re just a brief walk away from a lot of fun for the kids.

One year from the day my clients and I strategized on finding them their dream getaway home, we will close on this unit at the Coronado Shores.
It took diligence and patience but they got the exact layout and breathtaking view they always wanted. In fact, I’d say this is one of the most gorgeous views in all of San Diego.

Coronado SAFE (Student and Family Enrichment) is a non-profit that for over 20 years has helped thousands of youth and families in our community by providing prevention and intervention that improve the emotional and behavioral health of Coronado youth, families, and community.
Their vision is to help foster resilient youth that are able to face life’s challenges and overcome challenges such as: Self Esteem, Bullying, Divorce, Social Connection, Drug Use, Suicide, Grief and Loss, Communication Barriers, Mental Illness, Behavior Difficulties, and more
This is a fantastic organization that is dispensing crucial help to Coronado’s youth! If you’d like to get involved by volunteering or sponsoring an event or program go to coronadosafe.org

Coronado is Calling…
Coronado Playhouse has announced their 2021 Season, which just so happens to be their 75th anniversary!
The new season has six main shows starting May 21st with “CUL-DE-SAC” and includes, “CLUE”, Nora Ephron and Delia Ephron’s “LOVE LOSS AND WHAT I WORE”, a parody called “JAMES BOND: THE MUSICAL ON STRAND WAY and a free performance of Shakespeare’s THE COMEDY OF ERRORS and it will also feature other 75th anniversary events.
This season will start virtually with hopes of live performances coming back later in the year.
