F45 is the newest gym in Coronado. “The ‘F’ stands for functional training, something I am well versed in! (Pfft…)

F45 Coronado is a locally, individually owned and operated business and they have already made strides to ingratiate themselves to the community. Which is awesome and appreciated.

Each class is a HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout and no workout is the same so drop in and lose the Covid 15 before putting it right back on over the holidays. The guy on the bike over my left shoulder hit his target weight this morning!

It’s no stretch to say that as I get older I’ve become a lot less flexible. Luckily, the new Jo Stretch is now open in Coronado!

Jo Stretch’s goal is to improve quality of life by making you feel better, lighter and more energized!

Whether you are an athlete, workout warrior, or just a bit tight they can help with mobility and range of motion.

They offer a 25 Minute Stretch, a 50 Minute Stretch and a at home/back yard stretch.

Grand Caribe Shoreline Park in the Coronado Cays is a beautiful, serene setting where you can relax and gaze out over the bay.

It has a really nice Bike Path and some beautiful public art like the bronze sculpture, “Sheltering Wings”.

Dogs are allowed on leash in all Port of San Diego parks!
