My client just closed on his beautiful new condo overlooking the bay in Coronado!
I’m excited for him! Way back when he was stationed on the USS Midway so he’s happy to be able to keep an eye on his old home from his new one.

What’s better on a rainy day than going to a movie?
Happy to report that the Village Theater is reopening today after its long covid-required intermission. Just in time for No Time To Die!
Go see it… I did last night and it’s excellent! Bond was meant to be seen in a beautiful old school movie house like the Village so go support them. They need it after the long layoff.
I will be taking in a second viewing there sometime this week.

We had so much fun kayaking around Glorietta Bay this morning!
What a treat that the City of Coronado has a boathouse facility located right at the south end of Glorietta Bay Park that offers kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and rowing shells for rent. It’s literally like living in a resort when you’re a resident here!

Lamb’s Players Theatre kicks off its “Come-Back Season” tonight at 8pm with a production of The Belle of Amherst. A “fun & moving look” at America’s most influential poet, Emily Dickinson.
The show runs from October 2nd – November 14th and gets Lamb’s off and running on a successful return to the stage.
Covid was devastating to small theaters like Lamb’s and we’re blessed they were able to weather it. Make plans for a dinner and theater night in Coronado soon to support this amazing not-for-profit arts organization that focuses on hiring San Diego-based actors and employs an amazing team of directors, designers and craftspeople annually.
